Founded in 2017, Millad is a Boutique Home Design and Construction Enterprise. We specialize in custom, one-of-a-kind homes on Mercer Island, a 13 square mile residential community located in the middle of Lake Washington, providing quick access to both Seattle and Bellevue.
At Millad, craftsmanship and artistry take precedence over “scale”. We don’t turn out dozens of cookie-cutter design homes; we make one to two, fully customized homes a year. This allows us to focus on sourcing hand picked materials and crafting designs that are harmonious with the neighborhood. We care about the details, ensuring every Millad Home is a cohesive work of art.
